This time round, I tried the Crisp-Fried Crystal Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk. The prawns are fried just nice and topped generously with the salted egg yolk. It savory taste lingers on your tongue and you can taste the blend of prawn sweetness and saltiness of the egg yolk in harmony. The small portion with 6 prawns cost $16.90 and there's also a medium and large option.
I also had the Berry Ice tea at $4.50. This is a very refreshing drink that is not too sweet.
