Have been to New Asia Bar a few times already, and it's often always packed there with many Singaporeans and hotel guests. The night view from there is great, and the best time to go there would be happy hour. There is a cover charge to pay when you enter in the evening, and you will be taken on the lift to the top floor where you will be amazed by the view itself. I usually have drinks over there, and they offer free flow of tapioca chips, which taste spicy and great! I really love the free-flow chips over there. Service wise is good as well, since they are able to serve you promptly once you are there.
All in all, if you are looking for a place to chill out, and a place for you to relax with your friends, remember to go this place. It is also conveniently located in the city area.
