Comfort lunch in Orchard Area. Eating at orchard might be very pricy. Thus, I always go to Lucky Plaze for good and worth eat. This time I am in a mood for Ayam Penyet. The drumstick grilled till slightly dry and clothed with a layer of sweet bbq sauce. The sugar in the sauce caramelized under the hot grill, it sticked onto the skin forming a char-ed flavor. The entire dish was dried but the chilli paste made my mouth watered. When I thought this dish couldn't be any better, I tasted their chill

The entire dish was dried but the chilli paste made my mouth watered. When I thought this dish couldn't be any better, I tasted their chilli sauce. The fragrant chilli suace enhanced flavor of the chicken, as it countered the sweet bbq sauce, creating THE balance.
