After sending my friend off I popped by eu yan sang and bought back a pack of their gui ling gao. My family have been eating their gui ling gao for a while already. It is very cold and refreshing. Their honey is packed in a separate container. They have various flavours like ling zhi, pearl powder, etc which all have various health benefit. Their gui ling gao is very cooling, it is a little bitter but the honey can cover all the bitterness. It is very good for hot weather.
