I personally love Han's Cafe @ changi city point. It's one of the few outlets where the cafe is bigger then the usual and the crowd not as bad as the rest. Even on a sunday evening, there were only a few couples around. This gives customers lots of privacy and no obligations to rush through their meal. There were plenty of seats available and staff at the outlet were very welcoming and approachable. As I was still full from a late lunch, I decided to give dessert a go.I ordered the chocolate fud
I ordered the chocolate fudge cheese cake and Earl Grey with Vanilla ice cream.
The chocolate fudge cheese cake was rich on its own, with that extra layer of unbelievably good cheese, it made the cake to die for! There was a generous portion of melted chocolate on the top followed by a thick layer of cream cheese and a chocolate sponge cake. It was really good and very filling. Costed about 5+ cheaper then any cake at the usual cafe's and definitely tastes better! 9/10
My Earl Grey came as the iced/cold version which was what I had ordered. Never in my life have I tried tea with vanilla but trust me, this goes on the MUST TRY list. There was a strange attraction between the two flavours that made it light, creamy and delicious. It was not too sweet and was perfect without even an accompanying cake like mine. When tasting, the taste of vanilla hits one's mouth followed by the intense flavour of earl grey. It is now one of my fav's at Han's! (no idea why but some Han's outlets have took this out of the menu - what a shame though!). 9/10
To be astonishment, My little dessert hunt had costed me far less then any cafe would have
