It is famous for its Indonesian kuehs and plain western cake, such as Walnut cake, Marble cake etc. The Pandan Chiffon cake is one of the best in Singapore & highly popular with Hong Kong tourist. It uses good quality butter and ingredients which is why the prices are higher. Harum Manis is like a steam sponge cake with ripe sliced banana topping. It has a nice brown sugar taste.
