Though this restaurant seems to be offering diners an interesting way of having BBQ and steamboat (see picture), I think most diners will not like this method of cooking as the soup of the steamboat will be very oily (as the oil will be flowing from the round BBQ plate into the soup). Besides the pork, which is kinda well marinated and therefore, is quite tasty, the rest of the ingredients are quite standard. The prawn is a disappointment as it is not fresh.
