Had this delicacy with 3 other of my friends. CROCODILE PAW, $40/claypot! AWESOME! Never expect this reptile to taste so delicious! The broth was exceptionally herbie just the way I like it. The flesh has the chicken-like texture but slightly softer and it also has a slight flaky quality like fish! Very very interesting. I love the skin the most. It is thick, rubbery and wobbly. Well besides crocodile paw, they also have other cheaper dishes but all cooked with crocodile meat only. ME LIKEY!
