French Toast Cubes With Caramelised Apple & CreamThe apple is very soft and juicy. A simple and delicious pairing.
Crispy Duck CrepeThe toast is too hard and crispy. The shredded duck meat is also is too dry.
Soft Tofu Fritters On Sesame DressingThe tofu fritter is very good on its own. The dressing is a bit salty when pair with it.
Scallops With salted Egg Emulsion & IkuraThe scallop is a bit dry, but the sauce is real nice.
From the Bake Shop, we have Hazel Crumble for dessert. It tastes soft and smooth.
