My friend has held his birtherday celebration in this restaurant which offer all types of yummy Australian cuisines. He has ordered the Hogs platter, which is a very huge platter which good to serve 4 people. At $88 per platter, it consists of braised trotters, smoked sausages, grilled loin and the pork belly. Amount these items, my favourite is the pork belly, which is really soft and juicy. Best part about these pork belly is they are not that oily and is really fragrant. The smoked saus

Amount these items, my favourite is the pork belly, which is really soft and juicy. Best part about these pork belly is they are not that oily and is really fragrant. The smoked sausage is also quite chewy and firm in texture, yummy!
