Nice sweet potato with ginger soup dessert! Tummy was not feeling well and once i had this steaming hot dessert soup, i felt better. Perhaps it's because of the ginger. Sweetness just nice for me meaning not too sweet and not the ginger used also not too much. However the sweet potato medium soft though. I would prefer a softer sweet potato.All in all it's still a good traditional dessert!
