Hor fun is usually one of my favourite zhi cha dish and I truly like the version which this stall presented to me. The gravy is more towards the darker version but it is not too salty and is full of the seafood flavour. The hor fun kway teow, which also known as the rice noodles,is very chewy and smooth.
