I've to say that I was really disappointed with this Thai Express branch. My friends and I were here at Serangoon Gardens on a friday night in hope to have some local delights and ice kachang at Chomp Chomp but as fearfully expected, there weren't any seats so we thought of either Macdonald's or Thai Express as the alternative. We settled on the latter as not many of us are much of a fan of fast food. I'd usually either order pad thai or green curry chicken. This time I went with the green curry
The green curry was awfully SWEET, like it was loaded with too much sugar in their cooking and it was really creamy. The chicken meat portion was miserable too, only a mere 5 or 6 pieces.. maybe they were out? If they were, at least have the courtesy to inform that the green curry chicken wouldn't be up to standard that day, I'd gladly choose another dish. Service was poor and unfriendly too. Cold.
