The outlet in Takashimaya is pretty small, and you will need to order and pay at the counter first before being seated. I ordered the "shop original ramen" - Tantanmen, which is available only at this particular outlet. The half ramen costs $16, and apparently the portion is still reasonably descent (good size for female). I really enjoy the hot and spicy sesame sauce (miso flavour) with minced meat. The ramen is served with boiled bean sprout, spring onion, one big slice of char siew and giant bamboo shoots. It's definitely worth the money, and most importantly, it tastes awesome!

The regular Char siew ramen (shoyu flavour) comes in such a big bowl. For only $19, you will get a generous 6 big pieces of char siew! Very filling! The char siew is well-marinated, although part of it is slightly dry due to lack of fat layer. The ramen also has ingredients such as bamboo shoot, spring onion etc. Satisfyingly good!
