I don't know why there will always be a long queue outside when I walk past Cold Stone Creamery @ Orchard Central. Out of curiosity to see if the ice cream is really that good, I decided to join in the queue with my friend and taste it ourselves. The menu is printed large and clear at the entrance so while queuing up, we got ample time to decide which flavors we want from all the fancy flavors available. Out of curiosity to see if the ice cream is really that good, I decided to join in the queue with my friend and taste it ourselves. The menu is printed large and clear at the entrance so while queuing up, we got ample time to decide which flavors we want from all the fancy flavors available. I chose the strawberry and banana rendezvous while my friend got the mud pie mojo. The ice cream scooper does a little act before scooping it to the cup (which I think is a waste of time though.. sorry). The ice cream tasted a little sweet for my liking, but the flavors is nice. It tasted fresh too, which is a plus point since overnight ice cream does taste a little funny. The mud pie mojo is one of my favorite since there's a bit of crunchiness inside from the toppings (almonds, oreo). For the price... I think it is still worth it since the portion is quite big even for a single scoop.
