The salmon in Ikea was a little disappointing the last time I visited. It was slightly cold, perhaps it was left out in the open for too long and it had a very strong fishy smell, which led me to wonder if it could have been fresher. The yellow cream sauce goes really well with the firm salmon flesh adn soft boiled potatoes and broccoli. The mushroom soup here is self service, so you scoop out the soup yourself and fill up this shallow soup-plate. The soup is not bad- rich and creamy with lots o

The mushroom soup here is self service, so you scoop out the soup yourself and fill up this shallow soup-plate. The soup is not bad- rich and creamy with lots of mushroom bits inside. Definitely satisfying and goes well with you western meal! The place unfortunately gets really crowded during peak periods and weekends and it gets hard to find a seat and the place tends to get quite messy too.
