I had the Chef recommendation, Salmon Horensou cream and mentai mayo baked rice ($12.90), which is the garlic rice with salmon and spinach baked in cream sauce, and then topped with spicy cod roe mayonnaise. It's sizzling hot, and with small amount of burned rice at the bottom. It's so fragrantly nice, and I love how salmon and spinach matches each other. Thumbs up.

Each baked rice comes with a portion of salad. Nothing special though.

Mentaiko carbonara ($13.90) is such a comfort food. The rich and creamy pasta cooked with spicy cod roe carbonara sauce, and is accompanied by bacon and a poached egg at the center. The runny egg yolk gives an extra flavour to the pasta, balance up the creamy taste.
