Lunch at Ichiban today and we ordered my favourite salmon sashimi at $9.50 for 7pcs. The salmon is quite fresh and thick.Apart from only eating sashimi, I ordered the Ishiyaki Saba Rice - $12.90, it is garlic rice served with grilled mackerel in hot stone. Vegetable salad and miso soup were served together with this Ishiyaki Saba Rice. The garlic rice is very fragrant and because it is served in hot stone bowl, the heat from the hot stone bowl cook the rice further till it is crispy and enhance

The Mackerel is fresh and sweet.
Hubby had Unagi Yanagawa, it is not overcooked and the eel is still soft and tender. The scrambled egg is nice as it absorb the sauce of the unagi.
