A rather new outlet at the new shopping mall, which sells Japanese style French food. At first plan to try its Souffle De Nuage which is tomato sautéed rice topped with fluffy clouds of egg and cheese but is unavailable. Interesting to find a button on the table to press for service. Please note that there is water is chargeable at $2++ a bottle.Miam Miam Spaghetti ($15.80++)Spaghetti sautéed with frankfurters, tomatoes, baby spinach and bacon. Tossed with French butter, secret broth and shoyu.
Spaghetti sautéed with frankfurters, tomatoes, baby spinach and bacon. Tossed with French butter, secret broth and shoyu. Tastes quite nice and mixed with the poached egg, it tastes even creamier. Riz Au Curry ($15.50++)
Baked rice with homemade Japanese curry, pork frankfurters, broccoli cheese and egg. 20 minutes wait for this dish. The curry tends to be on the salty side. Served in a quite small pot. Miam Miam Haze Aka London Fog ($6.80++)
Earl grey tea with steamed milk and homemade vanilla syrup. Tastes quite weak with none of the vanilla flavour nor the earl grey flavour. Hot Matcha Latte ($6.80++)
Stone grinded top grade Japanese Matcha, delicately steamed with milk. Tastes weak to me.
For dessert, we have Vanilla Oven Baked French Soufflés ($9.80)
Made with homemade vanilla custard and folded with light and airy meringue. Very soft and nice. Famous French Toast ($9.80++)
A waiting time of 30 mintues. Cubes of soft and sweet toast, topped with whipped cream and served with syrup. Feel that there is no need for the syrup as it is quite sweet on its own.
Overall not bad. But quite long waiting for food and long queue for a table.
