These kiwi pandan sliced cakes from Polar Puffs & Cakes are indeed quite special. The appearance of it is colourful and will be able to attract the attention of the kids. The sponge cake is moist but a little bit tough in texture. The fresh cream topped on the cake is smooth and a little sweet. Would be even nicer if the kiwi jams can be topped more on the cake's surface. So right now there are more choices of cakes to choose at Polar Puffs and not only their sugar rolls already. Good try
