My friends and I were hanging out in Clarke Quay last weekend when we came to pass by Boss BarBQ. As we were also looking for some place to hangout and eat, we decided to try this place. What caught our attention was the live performance of some korean girls as we came in the restaurant.The ambiance was like a cozy bar which I think is ideal for large groups. Okay, so much about the place. What we ordered was their Sang Gyeop or Barbecued Pork Belly and Spicy Cheese Chicken. And dang! We really all loved everything about the food! The pork belly was so tender and cooked medium well, and the flavor was really good! As you can taste the marinated soy sauce in every bite. And just to add that it really goes well with a cup of rice. :bowl: But for me, the Spicy Cheese Chicken is the best!! As I'm a big fan of spicy food, I can't get enough of this dish!! so for those of you who love to eat spicy and korean food or just want to eat something grilled, you will never go wrong with this place.
Can't wait for my next KPop experience so I'll surely go back here again next time!
