We were finding a stall that sell Kway Chap till late and near us then I came across Lan San Kway Chap so I asked my sis to take away from here.Despite operating late, Lan San Kway Chap still has enough ingredients to last till they shut it's door. The ingredients are very fresh, the intestines do not stink at all and the serving is very generous! The sauce is sweet, it must be braised pretty long as the ingredients are soak with the sauce taste.
The Kway Chap serving was overwhelming! It was packed in 1 but serving for 2. I guess it has to do with the closing, as they probably was about to close and so they didn't want to waste food.Sometime, it is good to be the late comer.
Salted vegetables has the strong salted element in it, very flavoursome not those bland salted vegetables. Good!
