My friend inisisted on chinese food so we decided to try our Lai lai casual dining located at Serangoon Nex. First off, the beef noodles was really good! The soup was thick, rich and flavorful, with a hint of herbal taste and a bit of spice in it! The beef was generously given and was soft and tender! The noodles were tasteless but coupled with the sauce and tender beef, it was really good!
The braised intestines were really good as well, it was well braised and yummy!
The cold tofu was really refreshing and tasted really good when eaten with the century egg and pork floss! The sweetness of the pork floss really brought some taste to the tasteless tofu.
The hot milk tea, to my surprise came with pearls! But it was too sweet for me.
Overall, a fantastic meal at a nice place. Will be back!
