Nowadays, it was not easy to find a Western Food Stall in either hawker centre or Kopitiam selling Pork Chop.I saw this Lava Rock stall in Clementi Central selling Pork Chop.I ordered a takeaway as I am eating alone. I had ordered Combo, Lamb and Pork chop with 2 sides, corn and spagetti.The Lamb Chop was surprising very tender and soft to bite, no chewy rubber like other hawker centre ones.The Pork Chop was fantastic, meat was tender, soft and thick. No tongue feel of any tenderiser.
