My parents and I came at about 6 P.M and we were seated at 8 P.M. Can anybody imagine how long that is!! This happened because not everybody was there yet because there were still my grandpa and cousins. As what I could see, the crowds did not end even till 10 P.M. The restaurant is close at 11 P.M on Saturday.
I ordered Akamaru Ramen + egg (must try). With additional side dish such as salmon grilled (seasonal). For the drink I only ordered ice water. The ramen's broth is boiled for over 12 hours and it really tastes delicious even though I do not quite like it since it is quite oily. The char siew again is chewy and nice, the broth really is absorbed into it.
