The steamed chicken is one of my favourite dish. THe chicken meat is very tender and juicy and there are actually no bones found in it. The generous amount of sesame oil topped on it make it really fragrant. Their stir fried long bean is equally delicious, which the long beans are very crunchy and not overly cooked. The light flavour sauce used in it is not salty, which is quite good for health.
