My family and I went to Yan Palace restaurant for lunch with my uncle's family for our gathering. We ordered quite a number of dishes, all of which are pretty tasty. The more memorable ones to me is the asparagus fried with garlic. Normally, I do not eat asparagus at home but I went for extra helpings at this restaurant. Another dish which I liked is this bittergrourd with chicken in claypot. The bittergourd is not too bitter and it is not too hard as well. This blackpepper sauce used for this claypot dish would be even more perfect with white rice.
