Side dishes for today lunch look appealing. So I decided to ordered a plate for lunch.Ordered stir fried chicken with ginger slices, ladyfinger and deep fried beancurd.For the chicken, soft and tender texture, not overcooked, chicken was cut into small cubes that is acceptable, well seasoned. Chicken gravy was too watery, can be improved. As for the ladyfingers, well cooked, soft and chewy texture, not very sticky, seasoning a little bland and oily. Lastly, the deep fried beancurd is my favourit

For the chicken, soft and tender texture, not overcooked, chicken was cut into small cubes that is acceptable, well seasoned. Chicken gravy was too watery, can be improved. As for the ladyfingers, well cooked, soft and chewy texture, not very sticky, seasoning a little bland and oily. Lastly, the deep fried beancurd is my favourite. Well deep fried, cooked with a sweet and sour sauce which goes well with the rice. Thickness of the sauce was there. Size of the beancurd was satisfy, not too small nor big.
