I went with my colleagues to Fish & Co at Orchard ION to have our lunch today. I ordered the Grilled Chicken with Oyster Frites platter for 1 person, and I also took the meal set which adds on a soup of the day and a soft drink which I chose as coke. From what I know, the grilled chicken was topped with peri-peri sauce and served with zinc – rich oysters that were crumbed and fried to a golden brown. It's very yummy! I love the nice combination of both the grilled chicken and fried oysters, especially when the huge oysters melt in my mouth. For my dish, it also comes with 2 side dishes, which I had chosen as the fries and the salad. Fries were equally crispy and aromatic. The soup of the day was also nice.
Overall, I found the food serving for this dish to be alright for me. I also simply love the peri-peri sauce that were spread onto the grilled chicken. Very yummy! I would definitely recommend my friends to try out this new dish creation from Fish & Co on my next visit.
On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 as mediocre and 10 as very yummy, I would give this Grilled Chicken with Oyster Frites dish a rating of 8. I would definitely order this dish again on my next visit too.
