We were at Xin Wang around 12.30 pm, the place was just starting to get filled up. By 1 pm, the first level was full and subsequent customers were directed to their second floor seating area. Well, the dish was as good as expected. Tip: Take out the pork chop onto a small plate so it does not get too soggy. Also, helps a lot when trying to eat the pork chop...less splashing will be involved. Heh, I'm such a pro at eating it now. I finish my noodles and the other ingredients inside before proceeding to slowly cut my pork chop into bite-sized pieces with a knife and fork. Then I'll slowly enjoy the tender pieces LOL. Alternate that with sipping the flavorful broth in between bites and you'll have a nice satisfactory meal.
