Was out with my muslim friend and she recommended me to the Mackenzie Rex Restaurant at Prinsep street for a catch up lunch! We ordered 2 portions of chicken with rice as well as its sambal kang kong!The sambal kang kong really packs a punch which its fiery, and spicy chilli. The chicken however, was slightly dry for my liking, although the rice was fragrant.
