I bought a Mango mousse cake for my friend's birthday celebration just last Saturday while we were celebrating her birthday at Centris.The cake has a thick layer of mango mousse sandwiched between two thin layers of light finger sponge. I like the mango mousse very much which was naturally sweet and refreshing! Hmm.. But I do not like the cake layer as it is too dry and 'hard'.
