One of the favourite cold desserts of mine is the Mango Sago Dessert. Fresh mangoes are used in making this dessert which ensures that the taste is authentic and not artifically flavoured. Most of the times, the mangoes will be very sweet which makes this dessert really delicious. There are also sago and pomelo bits. The pomelo bits add a very interesting texture to the dessert and also adds a little sourness which is a good contrast to the sweet mango. I will urge all mango lovers to try this dessert for you will not regret.
