It is my first time there and the whole place is very easy going whereby you walk around and pick what food you like! This is the Plain Swiss Rosti with Sour Cream. I have always love Rosti because it is made up of strings of potatoes fried together! It is crispy on the outer layer and the inside layer you can taste the soft mashy potatoes! It is really good when you matches with the sour cream! (:
