This is a salad buffet in Marche which means you can choose the size of plates you want, (S), (M), (L) and you pay the amount of plate. Then you grab as much food as you want as it ranges from vegetables, mushrooms,beetroot, fennel and potatoes, carrots – both diced and sliced. And when you filled as much as possible, you can really eat till you're full already! Awesome.
