Rosti with salmonThe rosti was okay, just potato strips being pan fried. But added the sour cream the rosti become no more plain! The hackory smoked salmon was awesome!
Rosti with german sausageThe german sausage was a nice one, with crunchy skin and nice grilled flavour.
Margarita Cheese Tomato Pizzanice pizza crust with lots of cheese on top. The tomato added some sourness which lightens up the whole pizza.
pork knuckleThe pork knuckle was rather tender and the best part was the crunchy and crackling roasted skin! It might take some getting used to, as the skin is quite thick. Nice to eat with the BBQ sauce.
chicken breast with sausageNicely grilled chicken breast with strong flavour. the meat was tender and juicy and seasoned with some herbs and pepper.
blueberry cheese cakeMoist and smooth texture of the cheese cake. On top the blueberry was big sized, juicy and fresh.
