Mayim - My favourite Chinese restaurant.Tried the spicy la mian as well as prawns fried rice. Both of which are my must-haves whenever I patronize Mayim.If you like spicy, go for the spicy minced meat la mian. ITS HEAVEN. It's very very spicy though, so please have a cup of tea or iced water by your side. The noodles they used are very springy and QQ, because it handmade. The fried rice, on the other hand is one of the best I've ever came across. The prawns are succulent and juicy, the cucumbers are fresh, the rice texture is just nice.. BEST.
