This roasted duck is superb! With a slight but not too strong herbal taste. It also has crispy skin and tender meat.It is crispy outside and soft inside..The herbs taste mild sweet.The sweetness is just right.And it is really good to serve with rice and especially when it is hot because it taste the best at that moment.If only eat the duck, may feel that it is abit salty.SO must eat with rice.
