Carnivore Appetite is supposedly the cheaper version of Carnivore, both selling Brazilian meat. Carnivore Appetite is actually one of the cheaper buffets around, being $19.90++ for lunch on weekdays. The spread is actually quite decent. There's almost every kind of meat available and there's a live grilling station where the chef will cut you the meat on the spot. You can then complement the meat with the six different sauces available - I recommend the Pineapple Sauce and Port Wine Sauce if you're looking for different and delicious.
The food does get restocked regularly so there's always food, although this could also be because there weren't many people dining when I visited. There's a salad bar and I couldn't get my hands off the Prawn Cocktail (downside: there were too few prawns!). Mushroom Soup is available and some other must-try dishes include the roasted, well-seasoned potatoes and juicy sausages.
I was disappointed that there weren't any desserts available, but then again with the price I shouldn't complain. Overall, the meat was tender and tasty. With so much meat available, I only managed two rounds of food. Maybe next time, I should come with an empty stomach.
