This has always been one of my favorite stalls for mee hoon kueh. Mee Hoon Kueh is one of my comfort foods. It is simple but it has a homely taste that has always been so comforting. Queue can be expected during weekends. I waited for 10 minutes when i came by this evening to take away mee hoon kueh to share with my Grandpa. It is definitely a healthy choice. The ikan belis retained its crispiness though it has been soaked in the tasty soup for a while. It served along with a generous amount of veggies, minced meat together with a poached egg. The portion of mee hoon kueh was good enough to be shared amongst myself and Grandpa.
I paid $3.80 for the mee hoon kueh and an additional of 0.30 cents to take away. It is definitely a good choice particularly during a cold rainy day.
