Candy Empire (已結業)

Didn't know there is a Candy Empire located at basement two of Changi Airport Terminal 3.I bought a pack of meringue for my children as they love sweet stuff.There are two types of colour in the pack, pink and white. I find that the pink ones has a nice rose smell.These are very sweet, the ingredients are mainly sugar and egg white. I think the meringue can be used to decorate a cake if you have problem piping nice swirl of cream onto it
