I dine at the restaurants along the Japanese street in Jurong Point often and the street is actually dominated by RE&S family restaurants such as Ichiban Sushi, Wadori, Yaki Yaki Bo and Men-ichi on one side. Both Ichiban Sushi and Yaki Yaki Bo sells miso soup and I was wondering if there'll be any difference because apparently there's a difference between the gyozas from Men-ichi and Yaki Yaki Bo so I specially added on a miso soup. Sadly, there was no difference. Like Ichiban Sushi's miso soup, the soup was not sweet enough for my liking. To be fair, miso soup tend to have a light taste and I'm the kind who prefer strong tasting food. Though so, I like drinking a bowl of miso soup to quench my thirst and refresh myself after eating so it was perfect for me.
