The Oyster Omelette ($4) has a very fragrant wok hei to it with much more egg than oysters, the way I like it. While it may seem not so generous, I don't really enjoy the oysters taste directly but more of the omelette egg when it has been stirred fried with the oysters. It definitely has the classic quality of hawker oyster omelette standard and I really love it! Though it isn't exactly a meal, this is best shared with friends. I like the revamped Boon Lay Market as it is much cleaner and the staff there are also conscientious in keeping the place clean. Thumbs up!
