So I heard about the famous 6 assorted flavors har gow from Mouth Restaurant. I guess the concept was inspired from the assorted flavors of the xiao long bao. The 6 beautifully colored har gow makes the whole dish very appetizing. The flavors were carrot, squid ink, pumpkin, spinach and sweet potato.
