For kids, Swensen's Rolls Out New 'Pirate's Adventure Kid's Meal' In June. This new kids-only fare features an array of delicious eats sure to tempt the taste buds of even the most finicky l’il pirate. What's more children can covet their favourite entrées, healthy side snacks and wash them all down with a wholesome fruit juice for just $8.90! And kids can take home the pirate ship as their pirate’s booty after meal.

Lads and lasses can choose from seven satisfying main courses and mix and match them with nutritious corn-in-cup; either soft drink or apple or orange juice – with all these being plated up in a Pirate Ship. For an additional small amount of doubloons, kids can score a Treasure Chest sundae or a Coit Tower Junior.Crabmeat Fried Rice @ $13.90
Traditional fried rice tossed with crabmeat, diced carrots, Shiitake mushrooms and eggs. Adorned with crispy battered soft shell crab. The fried rice may be simple but certainly brought back memory and make me nostalgic. It's my favourite!Tuna Ciabatta @ $12.20
Tuna mayo with juicy farm fresh tomatoes, crisp lettuce and onions between grilled ciabatta bread, served with U.S. fries and mixed greens. The tasty tuna toastie will be great for any family lunch or a quick snack.Swensen’s 88 Chicken Sandwich @ $12.80

Comprising three signature ice cream flavours, Hazelnut, Cookies ‘N’ Cream and Rocky Road, this sundae is garnished with marshmallow sauce, hot caramel, cocoa pops and wafers from Italy. Otherwise known as Alcatraz Island located at San Francisco Bay, The Rock was originally developed to house the federal prison. Order a main course and your ice cream buffet will be at $12.90 instead. I love their Durain Gelato and Dark Chocolate.
- My Opinion
If I have to pick my favourite, it will be the Crabmeat Fried Rice - so homely that I missed my mum cooking! The Laksa Aglio Olio with King Prawns is very unique, nice spice fragrant but don't taste like the usual laksa.
