I'm a regular customer at tcc, and always feeling excited to try their new dishes. Unlike other tcc outlets that are always packed with crowds, the one at Funan Digital Mall is quiet and you can really enjoy your chill out time there. Oven-roasted White fish with Yuzu sauce ($24.30) is my favourite. The Oven-roasted white fish is baked to perfection, maintains its juiciness and delicately paired with the refreshing yuzu sauce. Crusty Chicken with wasabi goma dip ($22), is recommended too. The slow-cooked chicken breast is then coated with bonito flakes and deep-fried, finally served with wasabi sesame dip. Crispy outside yet tender inside, and matches so well with the tingling hot wasabi.
Zestiny ($8) is the lime parfait topped with raspberries and light-as-air lemon meringue jewels. Gorgeous presentation and well balanced between the sourness and sweetness.
Apple art Parfait ($10.50) is an artistic trio of golden-baked apple tart, calvados parfait and caramelised apple glazed with white wine. The dessert is finished with caramel sauce drizzled around the trio. One dessert, three flavours, what more can you ask for?!
