i think this spinelli outlet is a very nice place to chill out. it has both indoor and outdoor concept that you can choose from. although is situated next to the road, i think is not super noisy. their cookies are quite nice, it has a nice buttery taste but not too sweet. they also sell festive design cookies like the christmas tree which can be good to buy as a simple gifts
