Nice delicate cakes. Very liberal use of cream. Strawberries were in season during X'mas so they piled on the strawberries. This is their classic strawberry cake but in a different shape for X'mas. Preferred the round shape one to this shape because it is easier to carry. But this shape is good for cutting neat slices and serves more. Tastes the same. The cream is a bit excessive but it makes nice decoration. Love the big juicy fresh sugar dipped strawberries.
