Took away a Strawberry Fruit Tart one evening after dinner as i was drawn to the fresh pump looking strawberries.The tart is not too thick and has a layer of chocolate coating inside. Topping includes a soft sponge cake and custard, followed by the Big Juicy Sweet strawberries. Lastly, it was glaze with a layer of gelatine and sprinkle of almond flakes surrounding the side. Try it to see and taste how different this tart is from other competitors.
