This stall is one of my favourites to go to whenever I am in this food centre. The kway tiao used to be fried by the old uncle but I guess it is his son doing the frying nowadays. There are different portion sizes, you can order the $2 portion if you are not feeling very hungry. I ordered a the $3 portion. The fried kway tiao is a little moist and it comes with ingredients like the chinese sausage, fishcakes, beansprouts and egg. The kway tiao has a nice balance of both sweet and salty taste. I
